Bringing the "Beary" Best to Loudoun County

HCA Virginia and Children's National Medical Center have formed a partnership that will include collaboration on the designing, equipping, and preparing of StoneSpring Medical Center to provide high quality pediatric services to Loudoun County. Children's National physicians and administrators will take an active leadership role for StoneSpring's pediatrics department both before and after the hospital opens, including:

• Collaboration in the design of StoneSpring's specialty Pediatric Emergency Room.
• Children's National will provide training for the Pediatric ER's employees and medical staff members.
• Children's National will work with StoneSpring clinical leaders on developing clinical standards of care specialized for children.
• Children's National physicians will provide the medical staff for core pediatric services, including Emergency Services, a dedicated pediatric inpatient unit, and nursery services.
• Children's National physicians will be available to consult on specialty pediatric cases and accept referrals from StoneSpring-affiliated physicians.
